Shipping policy
Shipping with Vitenia Labs
We ship from our US fulfillment partner to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, or international destinations.
Shipping prices
- Orders below $75: $4.95 standard shipping.
- Orders of $75 or more: free standard shipping.
The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise total after discounts and before taxes. All prices are in US dollars. Your final shipping charge is shown before payment at checkout.
Processing and delivery
Orders generally take 1–5 business days to prepare after payment and order acceptance, followed by 2–4 business days in transit. Please allow approximately 3–9 business days in total. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Processing time is in addition to the transit time shown for the shipping service. Dates are estimates, not guarantees. Order review, carrier delays, severe weather, and holidays can affect arrival. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you with the available options.
Your order may arrive in more than one parcel. This does not increase the shipping charge shown at checkout.
Tracking your order
We email your tracking details when your order ships. Carrier tracking may take time to show its first scan. You can also use the order-status link in your confirmation email.
Address changes and delivery issues
Please check your delivery address before submitting an order. If you need a correction, contact us immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
If your package is missing, damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact support@vitenialabs.com with your order number so we can help. Do not send a return before receiving instructions from our team.
